What's in Your Toolbox? If you got this far, great! I hope you are as passionate about the tool you want to write about as I am about online software, tools and sites in general. I look forward to sharing your passion with my readers!

For your "What's in Your Toolbox?" guest post, please answer the following question:

What ONLINE SOFTWARE, TOOL OR SITE do you use that you would never give up because it has changed your life and you love it and the other ways to do the things you do with this tool suck?

Your Toolbox?" posts...

I'm talking word processing, backups, large file sharing, accounting, collaboration, approval workflow, project management, time management, shopping carts, e-mail marketing, time tracking, billing, invoicing, estimating, tweeting, sites that aggregate your social media feeds, sites that let you send your messages to all social platforms at once, everything I've missed and so much more!

The only rule is that the tool or site must live online only (though if it has a client you have to download, that's OK).

Format: Tell us why you like the site or tool (features, functionality, price). Tell them what it replaced (if it did), if what it replaced was online or offline and why this tool or site is better. If you researched or experienced other options before settling on this tool or site, please tell us about them. Tell the story in your voice and manner and make it long enough to feel substantial (I dunno' - over 250 words or some thing like that? Can be as long as you like).

The key to this all is: write in a manner comfortable to you and your style; this is an opportunity for my readers to get to know you as well as for you to tell them about a great resource.

  3. I will not accept posts directly from online software, tool and site vendors. If I find out that your submission is indeed from the vendor of the post's subject, then I will let everyone know just how well you follow directions and overall tease you mercilessly. :-)
